We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect product selection by the customer, opened or reconstituted products, products handled or used after delivery, improper storage conditions after receipt, delays caused by shipping carriers, or incorrect shipping details supplied by the customer. If an order arrives damaged, incomplete, incorrectly supplied, or with a verified manufacturing fault, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with their order number, clear photographs of the issue, and a brief explanation. Where appropriate, wemay offer a replacement product, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Shipping Policy
Orders are dispatched using Australia Post and trusted courier services across Australia. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to courier operations, weather, or regional delivery conditions. Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details entered at checkout are correct. Once a parcel has been handed to the shipping carrier, risk transfers to the customer. We will assist with tracking support, lost parcel investigations, and courier escalations where appropriate, however shipping delays themselves are not grounds for refund unless required by

conditions. Nothing within these policies excludes rights protected under Australian Consumer Law.
